    Cancellation Window

    • You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
    • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.

    Eligibility for Cancellation

    • If your order has not shipped yet, we will try our best to cancel it.
    • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

    • (Optional) Reason for cancellation

    Refunds for Cancelled Orders

    • If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

    Non-Cancellable Orders

    The following orders cannot be cancelled:

    • Orders that have already shipped
    • Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items

    For such orders, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
